Quote of the day

Great quote - we always feel that we are the 21 year old we rememeber, not the middle aged person everyone else sees!

Of course, I also agree that youth is wasted on the young:-)

Here from Micheles again today

Hey, dena. It's my first visit here. I love your banner. And I'm amazed that you have a 4 year old in addition to grown kids. I'm sure you could teach me a lot (mine is 2). BTW, I'm totally with you on the m&m/popcorn combo. (Here via Michele.)

funny how at the time it seems to last forever, but once it's gone, it seems to have been just a moment.

Posting behind my sister again. Small world. I like your quote.
Almost all the quotes on my favorite quotes page are Russian. Like this one from Tolstoy's Family Happiness : "I wanted feeling to be the guide of life, and not life to guide feeling."
