How many licks?

Every now and then I come across a new expression, a new fashion trend, a new food item that intrigues me enough to spend more than a moment discussing or writing about it.

Today's choice is:

Lollipop head - a stick thin girl/woman, with a head bigger than her body, usually a result of a starvation diet (Love the term, hate the look)
